Workday
Workday is the applicant tracking system of many large companies. Each company has a tenant with one or more external career sites.
Where its boards live
- <tenant>.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/<site> (also wd3, wd5 and others)
- the tenant's own job list behind the same address
What the search gets from it
The tenant's own job list, twenty at a time, with title, location and posting date; each description that passes the title screen is fetched from the posting.
How to find a company on it
Open the careers page and look at the address bar: the tenant and the site name are in it. Paste that address on the Roster; the search does the rest. By name alone it cannot guess a Workday tenant, so the address is needed once.
What it cannot give
A tenant that is down or that returns an empty list is reported as not reached rather than as having no roles. Some tenants restrict their list to a region and hide the rest.
Then what happens
Every posting the board lists goes through your title screens first. The ones that pass are read in full by the AI, requirement by requirement, against your profile and your rulebook, and only the few that fit are kept.
