What the search gets from it

The careers page carries its whole job list in the page itself: title, type (efetivo, estágio, jovem aprendiz, PJ), department, city and state, and whether the seat is on-site, hybrid or remote. Each job's page carries the standard sections (descrição da vaga, responsabilidades e atribuições, requisitos e qualificações, informações adicionais), which the search reads for every job that passes the title screen.

How to find a company on it

The company's 'Trabalhe conosco' or 'Carreiras' link leads to <empresa>.gupy.io. Given only a company name, the search tries the obvious subdomains (the name in one word, then with hyphens) and keeps the one that answers with a job list. A company that serves the same page under its own domain is read too, once that address is given.

What it cannot give

Talent-pool entries (banco de talentos, a register for future openings) are skipped. Pay appears only when the company writes it into a section; most do not. A careers page set to private is not readable.

Then what happens

Every posting the board lists goes through your title screens first. The ones that pass are read in full by the AI, requirement by requirement, against your profile and your rulebook, and only the few that fit are kept.
