Careers pages without a feed

When a company lists its roles on its own site, on a system with no feed, the search reads the page itself.

How it is readFrom the page, posting by posting

Where its boards live

What the search gets from it

The page's links, its sitemap when it has one, the schema.org JobPosting data many sites embed, or the page as drawn by a browser; and, when nothing else works, the AI reads the page's text and lists what it sees. Each posting that passes the title screen is read in full.

How to find a company on it

Give the company's careers page, or just its name: the AI searches the web for the page once a month.

What it cannot give

A page that blocks automated readers, or draws its list inside a component even in a browser, is reported under Needs you with the reason.

Then what happens

Every posting the board lists goes through your title screens first. The ones that pass are read in full by the AI, requirement by requirement, against your profile and your rulebook, and only the few that fit are kept. What is thrown out is listed with the line that failed it. See an example account · How it scores
