What Fewer reads
Every search reads the careers pages of the companies on your roster. Most companies list their roles on a job system with a public feed; Fewer reads those feeds directly. The rest it reads as pages. Here is the honest list.

The list of open roles comes straight from the system, with the full description of each role the title screen keeps.

Careers pages without a feed
When a company lists its roles on its own site, the search reads the page itself: it finds the postings by their links, follows the site's own Careers link when it was given a homepage, opens the page in a browser when it only draws its list with JavaScript, and, if the links give nothing, has the AI list the roles it can see in the page text. Each posting's page is then read for its description.
What it cannot read yet
Some job portals draw their list inside a component even in a browser, so the search sees no roles: ADP Workforce Now, Dayforce, SuccessFactors, UKG, Paylocity, JazzHR, Avature, BrassRing, Phenom-based portals. A company on one of these appears on your Results under Needs you, with the reason, and you can give the search a better address at any time from your Roster.
Companies with no careers page on file
When your roster names a company but no address, the AI searches the web for its careers page once a month and uses what it finds. If nothing is found, the company stays under Needs you with that reason.
