AI job search for experienced professionals

Fewer roles.
The right ones.

Name the companies you want. Every week, an AI reads each of their postings against your background and keeps only the roles you have a real shot at.

Free to set up, no account, no card. Then 7 days free when you choose a plan.

Or check one company’s open roles

Fewer already knows where 7,122 employers in 71 countries post their jobs, from the largest companies and government agencies to venture-backed startups, and reads them straight from the source.

How it works

1Tell it who you are. Upload your résumé and the AI drafts your answers; you check them. A few minutes.
2Choose your companies. The AI proposes employers that hire for your seats, and you add your own. Before you sign up or pay, you see how many open roles pass your screen.
3Every week, get the few that fit, and everything thrown out with the line that failed it. Correct it in plain words; the correction becomes a numbered rule.

Why not LinkedIn or Indeed?

Job boards are built for searching. Fewer is built for deciding.

On a job board

  • You search a title and get hundreds of postings that use it.
  • Recommendations include roles you would be screened out of in seconds.
  • Finding the few worth applying to means opening dozens and reading every requirement yourself.
  • Employers pay job boards to put their postings in front of more people.

With Fewer

  • It screens every posting at the companies you choose, then reads the ones that pass in full.
  • Each requirement is checked against what you have actually done, with the evidence beside it.
  • Roles with a hard requirement you do not meet are thrown out, and you see the line that failed.
  • Only you pay for Fewer. No employer can pay to be in your list.

Every role Fewer keeps links to the employer’s own posting. In Huntr’s data for April to June 2026 (80,719 applications), those sent through employers’ own career sites led to an interview 6.4% of the time, against 3.8% through job boards. Huntr notes the figures describe a difference; they do not prove its cause.

Despite my best efforts, job sites kept making me sift through postings that weren’t worth reading, and recommending roles I clearly had no shot at. So I built Fewer: it reads every posting at the companies I care about, checks each requirement against what I’ve actually done, and shows me only the few worth my time — with the reason for every one it throws out.

Why it fits

Larkspur sells climate-risk analytics to utilities and insurers and wants an enterprise account executive in Denver who can run a technical, data-heavy sale. Jordan clears the quota, tenure and territory lines outright and has sold risk models to the same buyers. Insurer experience is preferred, not required, so it stays soft.

The Results screen, one kept role. Each opens to its requirement lines, with the evidence beside each. Open this example account and click around; the companies are made up.

The other 2,183

Of 2,197 postings, 14 were kept. The rest are listed too, each with the line that failed it, so you can see the AI’s work and correct it in plain words.

Questions

How is it different from LinkedIn or Indeed?

Job boards show you the postings that match a search and leave the reading to you. Fewer reads each posting at your companies against your background and keeps only the ones where every hard requirement clears, with the evidence beside each line. No employer pays to be in your list.

Do I pay before I see anything?

No. The questionnaire, your list of companies and a count of the open roles that pass your screen are free, with no account and no card; your email keeps the search. When you choose a plan, the first 7 days are free too; a card is needed to start them. After that it is $30 a month, cancel any time.

What if it throws out a role I wanted?

Every posting it throws out is listed with the line that failed it. Say in a sentence why that is wrong and it becomes a rule for every search after.

Which careers pages can it read?

More than eighty job systems through their public feeds, Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters and Oracle among them, and any careers page it can find postings on. The full list.

Does it apply for me?

Never. It reads, checks and keeps. Applying stays yours.

How does the AI check a posting?

It reads the full description, takes each requirement line in turn and marks it clears, soft or does not clear against your profile, with the evidence beside it, and gives the role a fit from 1 to 10. When it is wrong, you say so in a sentence and that becomes a rule. How it scores, step by step.

Where do the roles come from?

From the companies and job boards on your own roster, anywhere in the world. Add a company by name or by careers page; the search finds the rest.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account page. Billing is handled by Stripe; Fewer never sees your card.
