What the search gets from it

The feed carries the title, location, team, commitment, the full description and the requirement lists as text, and the salary range where the company states one.

How to find a company on it

Look for jobs.lever.co in the careers page's links. By name, the search tries the company's likely handles against the feed.

What it cannot give

Some companies keep a Lever board that lists only a subset of their roles, with the rest on a newer system; the search reads what the feed lists.

Then what happens

Every posting the board lists goes through your title screens first. The ones that pass are read in full by the AI, requirement by requirement, against your profile and your rulebook, and only the few that fit are kept.
