Greenhouse is an applicant tracking system whose job boards are public pages with a public feed. Many technology companies use it.

The feed lists every open role with its title, location, address and full description, so nothing needs a second fetch.

How to find a company on it

The company's careers page usually links to job-boards.greenhouse.io/<name>, or embeds it. Given only the company name, the search tries the obvious names (the company in one word, then with hyphens) against the feed and keeps the one that answers.

What it cannot give

Pay appears only when the company writes it into the description. A board that is private to an intranet is not readable, and neither is one embedded through an iframe on a domain the search was not given.

Then what happens

Every posting the board lists goes through your title screens first. The ones that pass are read in full by the AI, requirement by requirement, against your profile and your rulebook, and only the few that fit are kept.
