What the search gets from it
Every offer with its title, contract type, description and region. The feed lists twenty offers unless asked for more; the search asks for all of them.
How to find a company on it
Paste any offer or the site's offer list. By name, the search tries <name>-career and <name>-recrute.
What it cannot give
The city is not in the feed, only the region.
Then what happens
Every posting the board lists goes through your title screens first. The ones that pass are read in full by the AI, requirement by requirement, against your profile and your rulebook, and only the few that fit are kept.
