How to search jobs on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday

October 21, 2026 · Fewer

Search the job systems companies post to, not the job boards that copy from them. Almost every company runs its openings through an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Workday, and each system gives the company a public page that lists every open role. That page is the original: current, complete, and without reposts or paid placements. Here is where those pages are and how to search them all at once.

Where the postings really are

LinkedIn, Indeed and the other large boards collect postings from these systems, some directly and some through other sites. What reaches them is often late, sometimes incomplete, and sometimes still listed after the role is filled. The company's own board changes the moment a recruiter opens or closes a role.

Each system keeps every company's board at an address you can predict:

To find which system a company uses, open its careers page and follow "View openings" or "See all jobs": the address you land on names the system. The free job board finder does the same from a company's name, and shows how many postings are open.

Search them all at once with Google

Google's site: operator limits a search to one address, so a single search covers every company's board on a system:

Then open Tools under the search box and set the date to "Past week". Without it, the results mix this week's postings with ones that closed months ago.

What Google still misses

The reliable way is the slow one: list the companies you want to work for, find each one's board, and check every board every week.

How Fewer does it

Fewer does that weekly check for you. You name the companies, or describe the kind you want, and it finds each one's board, on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Personio and twenty other systems, or on the company's own careers page. Every week it reads every board in full and screens out the titles you would never take. Then the AI reads each remaining posting against your background, requirement by requirement, keeps the few you have a real shot at, and shows why it threw out the rest.
